You must agree before submitting.

1. Product ID (Fastboot Mode):
   - Power off the device, press & hold Volume Down + Power to enter Fastboot Mode, and connect to PC.
   - Read and confirm the exact board Product ID using terminal commands (`fastboot getvar product`) or your preferred GSM diagnostic utility.

2. CPU ID (Recovery / Sideload Mode):
   - Reboot the device into Recovery Mode (Power + Volume Up) and select "Connect with MIAssistant" (Sideload Mode).
   - Read and copy the exact hardware CPU ID / Chipset UID using compatible diagnostic software.

3. Replacement IMEI Specification:
   - Provide 2x clean 15-digit IMEIs starting with the 86 TAC prefix.
   - IMEIs must not belong to Xiaomi/Redmi/POCO devices (use verified donor IMEIs from supported non-Xiaomi brands per standard server requirements).

Important Guidelines:
- Verification: Double-check all submitted identifiers (Product ID, Sideload CPU ID, and both IMEIs). Once submitted to the server calculation queue, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
- Hardware Health: The device must have functional hardware, undamaged UFS/eMMC storage, and an intact physical baseband IC.
- Model Coverage: Verify that your specific MTK model is currently supported by checking the live server status prior to placement.

How to Order:
1. Retrieve the Product ID in Fastboot Mode and the CPU ID in Sideload Mode.
2. Enter the Product ID, CPU ID, and the two clean 86-prefix IMEIs into the designated order fields on GrandUnlock.
3. Submit your order to initiate server-side calculation and certificate provisioning.
4. Follow the tool connection steps once your server authorization tickets are issued in your dashboard.
